For the second visit, they increased their price 50% because it was "growing season". Did you not know that when you first gave me the quote? The entire reason I went with Bryght was because I was told the rate would not change. Then they billed me for unapproved work that I'm not sure was ever performed. The second visit lasted barely half as long as the first one. Where's the extra work? It doesn't make any sense. Also, I'm still not sure who I dealt with. The employee I talked to never introduced herself and never signed any of her written communications. She avoided eye contact during the quote visit, staring at the ground or at her car most of the time. I felt like I was doing something wrong.
